Location

Edinburgh Science Triangle is located at Roslin BioCentre, on the south side of Edinburgh and just outside the village of Roslin.

Directions

By Car

From Edinburgh City Bypass:

Take the Straiton Exit. Follow the A701 South in the direction of Roslin, passing Straiton Retail Park and IKEA on your left hand side.

Continue along the road for just over a mile into Bilston
At the next roundabout take the first exit into the B7006, Roslin BioCentre is approximately half a mile along the road on the left.

From Edinburgh City Centre South:

At Craigmillar Park take the second exit onto A701 and continue on this for approximately 2.5 miles.

Bear left onto Howden Hall Road (A701) and at the roundabout take the exit onto Straiton Road (A701) and follow the A701 South in the direction of Roslin, passing Straiton Retail Park and IKEA on your left hand side.

Continue along the road for just over a mile into Bilston. At the roundabout, take the first exit onto B7006 and Roslin BioCentre is approximately half a mile along the road on the left. 

Airport/Station

The quickest and most convenient way to Roslin BioCentre from the airport or station is by taxi.

Rosslyn Chapel

Roslin is home to the world famous 15th century Rosslyn Chapel, one of Scotland's most historic churches and renowned for its intricate stone carvings together with countless theories, myths and legends associated with the Chapel.  A major conservation project is currently underway to refurbish the roof, stonework and stained glass windows as well as improving visitor facilities. Visitor numbers increased dramatically following the release of the 2003 novel, The Da Vinci Code, written by American author Dan Brown and later produced as Hollywood movie, part of which was filmed in Rosslyn Chapel.
